Enable Javascript in FireFox

Javascript being a most efficient client end scripting is a most popular scripting language used in wide range of web sites. That’s why to browse the web sites working on javascript to provide dynamic interaction between user and web page you must have JavaScript enabled web browser. If you are using FireFox to surf the internet then you can enable the Javascript by following these steps:

 

Open the FireFox:

  1. Open the Tools menu.

  2. Click the Options to open the FireFox Options dialog box.


  3. Click the Content Globe icon to view the settings.

  4. Content settings will show the checkbox options.

  5. Click to check mark the Enable JavaScript Checkbox to enable the JavaScript for FireFox.

  6. To set the advanced preferences of Javascript for FireFox, click the Advanced Button opposite to Enable Javascript checkbox.

  7. Advanced button will open the Advanced Javascript Settings.

  8. You can check mark the options like Hide the status bar, change status bar text options to enable these feature handled by javascripts.

 

To enable the Java Applets in FireFox you can select the Enable Java checkbox just below the Enable Javascript checkbox of Content View of FireFox Options.
