Enable Javascript in Opera

You can enable Javascript in Opera 9 web browse in 2 ways. First way is:

Open the Opera web browser:

  1. Open the Tools menu.

  2. Go to quick preferences --> click the enable javascript to turn on or off the javascript in Opera web browser.

 

Second way to adjust the Advanced Javascript preferences in Opera 9:

  1. Select the Preferences option in Tools menu to open the preferences dialog box.

  2. Select the Advanced tab and click the content option in left side menu.

  3. Check mark the enable javascript checkbox to enable the javascript in Opera browser.

  4. To change the Advanced Javascript settings click the Javascript options button opposite to enable javascript checkbox option.


  5. It will display the list of Advanced Javascript options e.g.:


    • Allow the resizing of Windows
    • Allow the moving of Windows
    • Allow the resizing of Windows
    • Allow the raising of Windows
    • Allow the lowering of Windows
    • Allow the changing of status field
    • And more…
  6. You can check/ uncheck the above options to enable or disable the javascript if Opera displays any error corresponding to above options.
