Unable to Start Debugging on the Web Server

While debugging the ASP.Net web application in Visual Studio 2005, it throws an error Unable to Start Debugging on the Web Server. This error occurs when Visual Studio 2005 tries to access the IIS 7 metabase and it fails to bind the IIS 7 virtual directory read/write permissions and IIS default port 80 to run the localhost ASP.Net web site. At that time Visual Studio 2005 fails to start the debugging mode for server end code of ASP.Net and throws the error Unable to Start Debugging on the Web Server.
